names to any third parties.

HonaMail LLC may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do
so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary
or is required in an effort to:

  •  Remain in conformance with any decrees, laws and/or statutes or in an effort to comply with any process which may be served upon HonaMail and/or our website;
  •  Maintain, safeguard and/or preserve all the rights and property of HonaMail ; and
  •  Perform under demanding conditions in an effort to safeguard the personal safety of users of HonaMail.com and/or the general public.

Children Under Age of 13

HonaMail does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under thirteen, we shall immediately delete such information from
our database.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users to our website may discontinue receiving communication from us . To discontinue or unsubscribe to our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to honamail4@gmail.com.

HonaMail LLC reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we
will post changes to our website homepage at Honmail.com, so that our users and /or visitors are always
aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances we may
disclose such information.

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within
this Privacy Policy Agreement. Continued use of our website following the posting of any updates or
changes to our terms and conditions means that you have accepted such changes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A shipment cannot be cancelled if the shipment has already been picked up from the sender, by a
HonaMail representative, and is in route to the receiving party.

HonaMail will provide a credit or a refund of payment to the customer subject to the restrictions
described below.

Refunds are not available for late/failed delivery when circumstances are beyond HonaMail’s control.
For example: severe weather, incomplete shipment information, missing delivery instructions, or
unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.

Customers must notify HonaMail of any claim for late delivery in writing or by telephone within 14
calendar days of the shipment date. All claims must be filed by the customer and cannot be assigned to
another party. Upon receipt of the claim, Honamail will take one of the following actions:

        Provide the customer with a credit or refund,
        Provide an explanation stating why the shipment is not eligible for a refund or credit, or
        Provide the customer with evidence of timely delivery
This policy is eligible for modification at any time. HonaMail does not assume liability for consequential
damages that might occur due to delay in shipment.

HonaMail is partnering with retail stores to make shopping a whole lot easier. When a HonaMail customer purchases an item from a store online and needs an in store pick-up, s/he can choose to have HonaMail pick-up and deliver the item from the store to their home.

  • How HonaMail Works?

    HonaMail provides customers with two different shipping options. With Regular Service shipping, a staff member will pick up your shipment and it will be delivered to its final destination at any time within a 24 hour period. With Xpress Service shipping your item will be picked up and immediately go from your house to its destination. For both services, customers can choose to either have their shipment picked up by a HonaMail representative or drop it off at the HonaMail office. The shipment can be pre-wrapped or unwrapped. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
